Registration will be open on a first-come, first-serve basis.

 
We are excited to announce Levitate Camps’ registration will now be powered by Sawyer, making the registration process more straightforward and allowing you to see each of your kiddos’ registration information in one convenient place. We still expect our limited spaces at camp to fill up extremely quickly, so please keep that in mind when signing up. 
 
How It Works: 
1.) Prior to signups you can create an account on Sawyer (linked below). This will allow you to more quickly add camp sessions to cart on signup day, but will not guarantee that you will get into your desired week of camp come signups day.
2.) You can then go to profiles and add your kiddos to your account, making the sign up process easier on the day of registration. To add your kiddos to your Sawyer account, scroll over your name, then click “My Profile” in the dropdown menu. From there click “Profiles” again then add profile and add your kiddos!
3.) On signup day, you will be able to login to your account through the Sawyer widget on the Levitate Camps page. 
4.) When registering your child or children, your spot(s) at that camp session will be held for 10 minutes once you add that camp to your cart, allowing you to add other sessions and fill out our simplified registration form in that time frame
 
Some Very Important Notes: 
 – You will only be able to purchase spaces at camp and register your children, allowing us to ensure all required forms are filled out accurately by parents and guardians of each camper. 
– Your kiddos’ spot at camp will be reserved once you add the session to cart, at that point you will have 10 minutes to complete the registration form and/or add additional spaces to other sessions to your cart. 

SIGNUP BUTTONS WILL SHOW “FULLY BOOKED” UNTIL REGISTRATION OPENS ON 1/31.

Pro Tip: Use filters to help narrow down to more easily find your desired camp (“Activity”) or dates (“Date”).

cancellation policy

Cancellations must be made by June 1st, 2025 and are subject to a 10% replacement fee. Cancellation requests made after June 1st are not guaranteed to be fulfilled and 50% of your original registration fee will be withheld (unless due to unforeseen, extenuating circumstances). No refunds will be given for missed days, tardy days, or early dismissals. No refunds will be given after the completion of camp.
