All active registration links will have an automatic option to “join the waitlist” – follow the prompts and you will be placed on the waitlist in the order in which you have joined amongst the existing list. In the instance that a spot becomes available, you will be invited to register your child.
Cancellations must be made by June 1st, 2024 and are subject to a 10% replacement fee. Cancellation requests made after June 1st are not guaranteed to be fulfilled and 50% of your original registration fee will be withheld (unless due to unforeseen, extenuating circumstances). No refunds will be given for missed days, tardy days, or early dismissals. No refunds will be given after the completion of camp
In the event that torrential rain/ thunder & lightning creates an unsafe environment for campers, parents will be notified that morning of camp cancellation. A make up day will be scheduled and parents will be notified of the make up day by the end of the camp week via email, phone call, or in person. Please understand that we cannot accommodate everyone when scheduling make-up days. No refunds will be issued for missed days of camp. If camp has run for 1 hour before having to be cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions, there will be no makeup day scheduled.
Due to our student-instructor ratio standards we do not offer make-up days if your child is late, absent or picked up early from camp. Scheduled make-up days are only offered if camp is canceled due to inclement weather conditions.Accordion Content

Upon registering for your week(s), you will have provided the majority of the required information, we just need a copy of your child’s Physical and Immunization Form Prior to the start of Camp!
To upload your child’s Immunization form:
1.) Log into your Sawyer account
2.) Scroll Over your Name at the top right of page
4.) Select Your Child’s Name from the dropdown menu, underneath “Profiles”
5.) Scroll down to the bottom of the page under “Provider Form Fields” and upload your child’s immunization form using the “upload file” button
We will be checking for your PHOTO ID before allowing each child to be checked out in order to ensure that pickup-ee matches the indicated individual that you have submitted. This rule is in place for your child’s safety. Please have your PHOTO ID out and ready so we can make the pick up quick and easy.

If medication needs to be administered to your child during camp, please inform our camp staff at check-in, and provide a signed permission slip stating that you authorize Levitate staff, to administer your child’s medication during camp hours.
